Introducing the Best Blood Pressure Pills

Changing lifestyle is a relatively long way to control high blood pressure. Your doctor may advise you to maintain a healthy diet with less salt, exercise regularly, or maintain a healthy weight. But sometimes lifestyle changes are not enough, and in order to treat high blood pressure, you should take hypertension pills under the supervision of a heart doctor.

Introducing blood pressure pills

1- Thiazide diuretics

Diuretic tablets are also called diuretic tablets. These drugs affect the kidneys to remove sodium and excess water from the body and reduce blood volume. Thiazide diuretics are often the first treatment, but they are not consumed alone. Thiazide diuretics include hydrochlorothiazide (microside), chlorateroidone, and the like.

If you do not consume these blood pressure doses and have high blood pressure, talk to your doctor about adding a diuretic. Diuretics and calcium channel blockers act better in both the black and the elderly than angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors. A common side effect of diuretics is frequent urination.

2- beta-blockers (beta blockers)

These types of pills lower the blood pressure of the outer heart and open the blood vessels that make the heart rate slower. Beta blockers include sabotol (acetal), atenolol (tenormin), and the like. These drugs do not work alone, especially in black people and older. But when used with other blood pressure medications, they will be effective.

3- Angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors (ACE)

Include lysonopril (zestrile), benazepril (lutein), captopril (cappton), and so on. These medications help prevent blood vessels from loosening by preventing plaque formation. People with chronic kidney disease benefit from having an ACE inhibitor as one of their medications.

4- Angiotensin receptor blockers (ARBs)

These medications help prevent blood vessels from loosening by preventing plaque formation. ARBs include Candsource (octane), losartan, and so on. People with chronic renal disease should use this medicine.

5. Calcium channel blockers

It contains amlodipine (neurousc), diltiazem (cardis, thiazac), and so on. These medications help loosen the blood vessels muscle. Some of them reduce heart rate. Calcium channel blockers may be better for people who are black and white and older than ACE inhibitors.

Grapefruit juice with some calcium channel blockers increases blood levels and puts you at higher risk of side effects. So be sure to talk to your doctor about the drug’s interactions with blood pressure medications.

6. Renin inhibitors

Aliskiren (Tetwerna) slows the production of Renin. Renin is an enzyme produced by the kidneys, and is the initiator of a chain of chemical steps that increases blood pressure.Tetracena reduces Renin’s ability to start the process. Due to the possibility of serious complications, including stroke, you should never take aliskiren with ACE inhibitors or ARBs.

Sometimes other medications are also used to treat high blood pressure.

7- Alpha blockers

These drugs reduce the nervous impulses to the blood vessels and limit the formation of plaque in the blood vessels. Alpha blockers include doxazosin (cardo) and prazosin (mini-caps).

8. Alpha-beta blockers

This kind of blood pressure pills, in addition to reducing the nervous impulses to the blood vessels, also reduces heart rate to reduce the amount of blood to be pumped through the vessels. Alpha-beta blockers include cartidilol (korg) and lebutalol (trondatha).

9. Medications that affect the central nervous system.

These drugs prevent the signal from the brain to the nervous system to increase the heart rate and narrow the blood vessels. They include clonidine (catepex, capoei), guanfacin (intonio, tenx) and methyl dopa.

10. vasodilators

These drugs include hydralazine and minoxidil, which directly affect the muscles of the arterial walls and prevent the muscles of the arteries from slowing down.

11. Aldosterone antagonists

Aldosterone antagonists are as examples of spironolactone (Aldactone) and Epernon (Inspra). These drugs can lead to salt absorption and fluid retention, which helps increase blood pressure.

You should consult your doctor to reduce the daily doses of blood pressure pills. It is better to use a combination of several low dose medicines instead of a high dose drug. In fact, taking two or more blood pressure pills is often more effective than an effective medication.

Changing lifestyle to treat high blood pressure

Along with taking medications, observing the tips will help you get better and control your blood pressure. Including:

# Having a Healthy Diet with Lower Salt (A Diet to Stop Blood Pressure, or DASH)

# Regular Exercise

# Quit Smoking

# Limit the amount of alcohol consumed

# Maintain healthy weight or weight loss in case of overweight or obesity

Resistant BP is when blood pressure control is difficult.

If your blood pressure persists despite at least three types of blood pressure pills (one of which usually should be a diuretic), it may be difficult to get blood pressure. People who control their high blood pressure and are taking four different types of drugs at the same time are prone to blood pressure. The cause of high blood pressure after another problem in general should be checked. Resistant blood pressure does not mean your blood pressure will never be less. In fact, if you and your doctor can find out what caused your chronic blood pressure, you can start a more effective treatment.

Your doctor or your blood pressure specialist can evaluate your medications and their dosage and effectiveness. Adding an aldosterone antagonist, such as spironolactone (aldactone), often leads to controlled blood pressure. Scientists are studying some of the empirical therapies, such as radio frequency erosion catheters that stimulate the sympathetic kidneys and baroreceptors of the carotid sinus To be

Some medicines, foods, or supplements can make your blood pressure worse or prevent your blood pressure medications. Talk with your doctor honestly about all the medications or supplements you are taking.

If you do not use your blood pressure medicines on time and in accordance with the doctor’s instructions, it may increase your blood pressure. Never change your treatment using hypertension pills without a doctor’s order.
